Refund Policy

We want you to love your Carrooka board. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged in Shipping We back every shipment with a quality shipping guarantee. If your board arrives damaged, we'll replace it — no hassle. Just email us at carrookaboards@gmail.com within 14 days with a few photos of the damage and the packaging, and we'll get a replacement out to you as fast as we can.

Other Damages and Issues If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of arrival and we'll make it right.

Change of Mind We understand preferences change, but because our boards are handcrafted products, change-of-mind returns are accepted under the following conditions only:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must contact us at carrookaboards@gmail.com to request the return before sending anything back
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union If your order was shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
