Refund policy

Change of Mind

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order or return it because you've changed your mind, we're happy to help, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging.
• You contact us at carrookaboards@gmail.com before returning anything.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Approved refunds will be issued less a 5% processing fee to offset the non-refundable payment processing fees we incur when your order is placed.

Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund, less any applicable 5% processing fee, will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
